Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Super-Lube 53550 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tech-Motive-Tool products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taskmaster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tci product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tech-Motive-Tool such as the CS4000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R432021906 manufactured by Taskmaster and we are pleased to be able to service most Taskmaster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDRI24L by Manufacturer Tci as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tci Brand A15ATX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tamagawa such as TA8043 equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KDRJ24L made by Tci as well as the popular 303TD0011117733B original spares produced by Taylor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS5246N164 by Tamagawa and TA8043 spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSM49220R933A5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tde.
